You thought Shadow was the only ultimate life form think again Meet Roberto the hedgehog Aka Project Shadow 0.3 He was made after Shadow but was actually a failed experiment though he was still created as Dr.Gerald Robotnik figure to give Shadow a sibling. With the blood of Black doom and his designs of Sonic meral he wanted to make it look like the one on the mural unlike Shadow. However before they could release him to join Shadow and Maria The event with gun happened as Gerald released his capsule to earth he was still a prototype so he wasn't fully finished so he didn't get alot of chaos energy in him unlike SHadow's chaos energy. During Earth when his capsule landed one of the gun agents noticed this and took the capsule in they read the files for ROberto as he was not fully finished but was ready to be released.
